There is a compulsory supplement for the night of 31st December for our New Years Beach Party. This party includes Grand Buffet and BBQ, Traditional Sri Lankan Dancers, DJ and Firework Spectacular. The Supplement for this special night will be US$100.00 per person.
Extra Bed for one Child up to age 14 can only be provided on Ground Floor Rooms. Only one extra bed per room.
We do not provide Extra Beds for Super Deluxe Rooms and we do not provide additional beds for Adult occupation.
Booking conditions
25 per cent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Within 8-14 days of arrival 50% of total value will be charged.
Within 7 days of arrival full value will be charged.
